A copy of the 1725 Treaty and the signatories of the 1726 ratification of this treaty as well. Mathieu Mius of Cape Sable (full-brother of Joseph Mius d'Azy 1) was a signatory. Joseph was residing at Cape Sable with his family at this time according to the marriage record of his and Marie Amirault's son, Joseph Mius 2 to Marie-Josephe Prejean at Port Royal, which took place on September 9, 1726. The treaty ratification took place on June 4, 1726.

Also, a copy of the 1761 Treaty signed by Chief Francois Mius (half-brother of Joseph Mius d'Azy 1 and Mathieu Mius). This copy was made by Pere Jean-Mande Sigogne in 1812.
